Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety, with or without accommodation.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming Starbucks experience for customers and the community.
• Coach and delegate tasks to the team to meet service standards and deadlines.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety compliance.
