Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of partners on shift.
• Ensure quality beverages and food while maintaining store standards.
• Uphold store safety, cash handling and customer service excellence.
