Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Ability to learn quickly
• Effective oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Provide quality beverages and food products while maintaining store safety and security
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and adapt to flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
