Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; follow store policies including cash handling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team during shifts to maintain service standards.
• Ensure beverage and food preparation meets quality and recipe specs.
• Uphold store safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
