Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard or customized recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks within the team.
