• 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• 6 months delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more employees.
• Experience in preparing beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure quality beverages and food products.
• Coach and delegate tasks to a team to maintain smooth shift flow.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and adherence to store policies and safety standards.
