What You’ll Do

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead shifts, ensure excellent customer service, oversee food safety and brand standards, assist in training new team members, and monitor compliance with cash handling policies.

• Lead team activities on shift
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately
• Follow food handling procedures and perform kitchen tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• Cross-sell and up-sell products
• Stay knowledgeable about products and services
• Assist in training new staff
• Report issues to management
• Perform other assigned tasks

Essential Experience & Skills

• Cash handling and customer service experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction skills

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds
• Good communication skills
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
