What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides their staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King’s success

Carrols ensures you are an important part of making customers' experiences enjoyable! The primary responsibility of our Shift Supervisor is to ensure that the store operates smoothly, serving quality food and keeping customers satisfied. Shift Supervisors lead their team, motivate staff, and resolve issues using excellent organizational, communication, and developmental skills. Knowledge of team responsibilities and inventory management are crucial. Additional duties include completing paperwork, managing financials, and handling deposits. They oversee daily shifts and close the store at the end of the day.
