What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

The shift managers are the chiefs of their team, inspiring staff and resolving issues using organizational, communication, and developmental skills. Knowledge of team responsibilities and inventory management are crucial. Completing paperwork, managing financials, and handling deposits are also part of the role. They lead daily shifts and oversee store closing procedures.
