What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides their staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King’s success!
• Manages Inventory

Carrols ensures you are an important part of providing customers with their favorite meals! The primary responsibility of our Shift Supervisor is to ensure the store runs smoothly, delivering quality food and excellent customer service. They lead their team, resolve issues, and maintain organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of team responsibilities and inventory management are crucial. Additional duties include handling paperwork, managing financials, and overseeing deposits. Shift Supervisors lead daily shifts and close the store at the end of the day.
