Onvo in Pocono Township, PA seeks a Burger King Shift Supervisor to support daily operations, train staff, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes inventory and cash control, safety, and daily paperwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
You will help motivate a team, ensure consistent food quality, and maintain a clean, inspection-ready facility to promote sales and guest satisfaction.
The Burger King Shift Supervisor (SS), is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers with an entrepreneurial, sales-driven spirit for the company. A key priority includes assisting the GM/AM in the daily operation of the restaurant. Under the direction of the GM/AM, this position will also be responsible for maintaining inventories, cash control, restaurant appearance and completing daily paperwork. Candidates should be able to strategically train and develop a productive store team whose primary focus is promoting our brand while offering exceptional customer service. The SS should inspire and encourage teamwork towards successfully achieving sales goals, upholding daily operations and most importantly, create a fun and energized environment!
$15-$17 per hour; opening and closing shifts available!
