Job Overview:Shift Supervisor (SS) for Burger King responsible for providing exceptional service to customers with an entrepreneurial, sales-driven spirit for the company. The role assists the GM/AM in daily operations, maintains inventories, cash control, restaurant appearance, and completes daily paperwork. Candidates strategically train and develop a productive store team focused on brand promotion and exceptional customer service. The SS inspires teamwork, achieves sales goals, upholds operations, and creates a fun, energized environment.
