Job summary

Onvo is seeking a Burger King Shift Supervisor to assist the GM/AM in daily restaurant operations in New Milford, PA. You will help deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventories, cash controls, and daily paperwork to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

You will supervise shifts, coach team members, ensure food safety and compliance with brand standards, and strive for a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area. Pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour.

The Burger King Shift Supervisor (SS) is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers with an entrepreneurial, sales‑driven spirit for the company. A key priority includes assisting the GM/AM in the daily operation of the restaurant. Under the direction of the GM/AM, this position will also be responsible for maintaining inventories, cash control, restaurant appearance and completing daily paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers, respond to complaints, solicit feedback, and coach the team to maintain a consistent high level of service.
• Clean, Safe and Secure: Maintain an inspection‑ready facility in all areas including food preparation, restrooms and guest contact areas. Comply with Department of Health, internal company and brand inspection standards and follow daily Onvo Safety Inspection/Emergency Response Protocols.
• Food Safety and Planning: Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas; ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances. Establish consistent high quality of food preparation and service while maintaining a professional restaurant image.
• Training: Assist the GM/AM to ensure the restaurant has a well‑trained staff that meets and exceeds operational standards.
• Inventory Control: Maintain inventories and store appearance; treat inventory as cash, investigate variances and report to GM. Keep storage areas clean, products organized, and labeled with dates received.
• Labor Controls: Ensure all shifts are covered and properly staffed. Coordinate daily assignments and activities of associates based on sales.
• Cash Controls: Execute all cash management activities accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing and safety procedures. Report any unexplained shortages over $5 to GM or District Manager.
• Operations: Strive to be the best in the brand; keep the restaurant in compliance with all brand standards, maintain a safe & clean work environment, pass all internal operations training and paperwork audit, and meet or exceed brand-sponsored inspections.
• Pay: $15–$17 per hour.
