Bourque Arena in the Athletics Department reporting to the Director, Ice Arena Operations, is responsible for assisting with the daily operation of the Raymond J. Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) job responsibilities, relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and external market data when determining pay. The final hourly rate is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors.
