Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. Gouverneur location seeks a supervisor to lead the team in the absence of store management, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service.

You will perform opening and closing procedures, supervise crew, resolve customer issues, and ensure completion of mandatory regulatory training. This role requires a High School diploma (GED accepted) and may require up to 25% travel; prior supervisory experience is preferred.

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications Education

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position
