Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Full Time supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management at our Burlington, VT location. You will oversee opening and closing procedures, supervise crews, and resolve customer service issues.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED; AS degree or higher is preferred. Prior related experience of 2+ years is preferred, with mandatory and regulatory training completion expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher
• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Responsibilities

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
