Job summary

Kinney Drugs is seeking a part-time supervisor in Hinesburg, VT to cover shifts in the absence of store management. You will oversee crew, carry out opening and closing procedures, and represent management in customer service issues to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, with AS degree preferred. Two or more years of related experience are desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations in absence of management.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures.

• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. Typically authority is assigned on an individual shift basis.

Job Duties:

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
