Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks an experienced supervisor to lead in the absence of store management. The role includes opening/closing duties, directing crew, and resolving customer service issues to maintain smooth operations.

You will be responsible for completing mandatory training and ensuring compliance with company policies while supporting a positive customer experience on shift.

• Fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate.
• Open and close procedures in the absence of store management.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on activities during absence of store management.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.

Job Description: Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. Typically authority is assigned on an individual shift basis.

Job Duties

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
