Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management on assigned shifts. The role includes opening and closing procedures, supervising crew, addressing customer service issues, and ensuring completion of mandatory training programs.

The position involves acting as a liaison for management and performing any additional duties as assigned, supporting daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate.
• May carry out opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management.
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management.
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
