Job summary

SSP America is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead operations at Urban Craves inside the Washington Dulles International Airport. You will greet guests, supervise shifts, and ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in the food & beverage industry, a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to pass a TSA background check. SSP America is an equal opportunity employer offering advancement opportunities.

We are currently hiring for Shift Supervisors to work at Urban Craves inside the Washington Dulles International Airport.

The Ideal Candidate For This Position Has

• Can pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check
• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in the food & beverage industry
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience, preferred
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
