Job summary

SSP America in Sanford, FL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment. You will greet guests, ensure SSP standards, and oversee opening, ongoing, and closing checklists to maintain service quality.

You will train new hires, provide coaching, and offer direction to the team to meet business goals while resolving customer concerns professionally. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must pass a TSA background check (10-year)
• Minimum age 18
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Full service and/or quick service restaurant experience preferred
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
