Shift Supervisor

Range: $17.65 - $21.28 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid- and closing shifts.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Act as the ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards, maximizing guest loyalty and profitability.
• Resolve guest interactions and operational issues with a solution-oriented approach.
• Support and supervise peers, delivering leadership and guidance.
• Collaborate with exempt management to execute management tasks and foster leadership growth.
• Work additional hourly roles as certified, subject to restaurant needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• At least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Demonstrated record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively supervise peers and exhibit business maturity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Basic business math, accounting, and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• ServSafe Certified preferred.
