Position Overview

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a brand ambassador and a true second in charge, the successful candidate upholds company standards, oversees cost centers, and creates an unparalleled and memorable experience for our guests and team members. The role is also a culture champion and strives for continuous improvement while embracing the "better for being here" mentality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations.
• Uphold company standards and oversee cost centers.
• Create an unparalleled and memorable experience for guests and team members.
• Champion the restaurant culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Preferred: Knowledgeable of local and state health codes.
• Preferred: Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules.
• Preferred: Experience managing a team.

• Pay Range (Base Pay): $55,000.00 - $70,500.00.
• Other Types of Compensation: Variable Bonus, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Paid Parental Leave.
• Insurance: Health, vision, dental, life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+).
• Retirement Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan with company match to 4% of pay.
• Paid Time Off: 0.03846 hours for each 1 hour worked.
