Compensation Range

$57,785.00 - $61,000.00

Responsibilities

The Restaurant Service Manager ensures seamless day‑to‑day operations throughout their shifts, upholding the company's standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age
• At least two (2) years of management experience
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team focused on execution, hospitality, and service
• Strong P&L knowledge
• Ability to obtain all required certifications and permits as required by state or local law
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, Hot Scheduling, and other restaurant management systems
• Experience managing a team
