Restaurant Kitchen Manager Salary Range: $55,000.00 – $70,500.00.

Job Summary

The Restaurant Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day‑to‑day kitchen operations while upholding brand standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day kitchen operations and maintain operational excellence.
• Serve as Brand Ambassador, promoting company standards through scratch cooking and artisanal American food.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and key P&L lines to support restaurant success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and a “better for being here” mindset.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience and must be at least 21 years of age.
• Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, leadership and P&L knowledge.
• Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
• Preferred: Knowledge of local and state health codes; experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, Hot schedules; experience managing a team.

Pay range disclosed above. Other compensation: variable bonus, referral bonus, employee stock purchase program, paid parental leave. Insurance: health, vision, dental, life, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity coverage (subject to qualifications). Retirement: 401(k) plan with company match to 4% of pay. Paid time off: 0.03846 hours for each hour worked.
