Job summary

SSP America in Pittsburgh is seeking a Shift Supervisor to greet guests, run shifts to SSP standards, and train new hires on operational processes. You will complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required while providing support and direction to the team to hit business goals.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year in the food & beverage industry and can pass a TSA background check; high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference for prior full service or quick

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Can pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in the food & beverage industry
• F ull Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience, preferred
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
