Job summary

SSP Group plc in Indianapolis is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team at the airport location. You will greet guests, supervise shifts, train new hires and ensure daily opening/closing checklists are completed.

The ideal candidate for this position has:

• Can pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check
• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food & beverage industry
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience, preferred
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
