We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Myerstown, PA location.

Position Details

Title: Shift Supervisor

Shift: 2nd Shift – 2:30pm to 1:30am, Monday – Thursday (4/10 schedule)

Responsibilities

1. Maintain operating status of plastics processing equipment and oversee shift employees.
2. Ensure employees are trained and competent in their roles.
3. Maintain and operate manufacturing equipment to meet quality standards.
4. Complete quality records and documentation as per work instructions.
5. Assist in other areas of the company as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience and plastics processing experience required.
• Qualified through education, skills, or experience in manufacturing equipment operation.
• Experience in a medical device environment is a plus.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.
