Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise a liability claims team handling various caseloads and complexities.
2. Guide claims team to follow Gallagher's Best Practices.
3. Oversee hiring, training, and performance of adjusters.
4. Manage workloads, set team goals, and motivate performance.
5. Utilize Gallagher's technology to improve team efficiency.
6. Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers.
7. Identify coaching opportunities and develop team members.

Qualifications

• Claims background in Construction Defect
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• Jurisdictional experience in any jurisdiction
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Proper licensing/certification in all relevant states
• Experience reviewing coverage letters is a plus
