The Global Operations Supervisor is responsible for client/customer service and serves as a knowledge expert for the global Health Information Services (HIS) staff. The role focuses on global operations management, training, and ensuring processes are completed in compliance with guidelines. It may also assist leadership with planning, developing, and implementing departmental projects. This position provides support to the Global Health Information Operations Manager and is responsible for maintaining workflow, productivity, and handling escalations. This role requires travel to India for at least two weeks once per quarter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a knowledge expert for global partners
  • Lead training for global associates
  • Generate reports for global partners, management, and clients
  • Oversee Quality Assurance for global partners
  • Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of staff
  • Develop and manage workflow for various clients
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures with global partners
  • Inform senior leadership of issues or opportunities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Implement Corrective Action Plans and staff development
  • Participate in project teams to advance operational strategies
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safeguard patient records
  • Handle tasks assigned by the Health Information Operations Manager
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years of health information experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Experience in leading projects and processes
  • Proficient in using office equipment and communication tools
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to delegate effectively and bring innovative ideas
