Carl's Jr is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations in Murrieta, California. You will supervise a team, adjust schedules, train staff and resolve escalations. The role emphasizes cost control, customer service, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with frontline employees to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Founded in 1941, Carl's Jr has grown across the U.S.
