Job summary

Carl's Jr. is seeking a Shift Leader/Shift Manager to guide a team in delivering great food and guest service. You will lead by example, ensure smooth operations, and help create an inviting atmosphere for guests. Training will be provided to help you succeed in food service management.

Candidates with a positive attitude, strong communication, and leadership potential are encouraged. A flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth are highlighted in the role.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
• Must complete Food Handler's certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No management experience required, but prior experience is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with restraurant management, guests, and co-workers. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Must complete Food Handler's certification
• Must be a miniumum of 18 years of age.
• No management experiene necessary however prior experience is a plus
• Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to work
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
