Job summary

CC Holdings, Inc. in Indianapolis is hiring full-time and part-time Shift Supervisors to oversee daily shift operations, support a friendly team, and ensure guest satisfaction at the Indianapolis International Airport.

You will supervise sandwich artists, cashiers and CSRs as needed, handle transactions, train new teammates, maintain food safety standards, and help keep the operation running smoothly during nights, weekends, and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to obtain an airport parking pass.
• Supervisory experience in the food industry preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily shift operations and employee performance.
• Maximizes customer satisfaction by handling requests and resolving complaints professionally.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace.
• Ensures smooth daily production and service operations.
• Performs sandwich artist, cashier, and CSR responsibilities as needed.
• Prepares sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to Nature’s Table standards.
• Maintains food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.
• Processes cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Balances cash drawers and follows all cash handling procedures.
• Provides excellent customer service and promotes a welcoming environment.
• Assists with training and mentoring new team members.
• Supports operations while maintaining company standards and culture.
• Lead the shift from start to finish (opening, mid, and closing shifts).
• Set the tone for urgency, hospitality, and professionalism.
• Ensure proper station coverage and team positioning.
• Adjust staffing in real time based on business volume.
• Maintain smooth service flow and prevent bottlenecks at the register, expo, or kitchen.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday
• Nights and weekends required
• 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM (shifts vary)
