Job summary

ProAct, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Advocate in Plattsburgh, NY responsible for providing leadership in the absence of store management. The role includes supervising store crew, resolving customer issues, and completing mandatory training.

A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required, with a preference for an AS Degree or higher. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise store crew by directing activities.

• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.

Job description

Job Duties

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation

$17.00-18.50 per hour
