Job summary

ProAct, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management in Auburn, New York. The role includes overseeing store crew activities, fulfilling customer service needs, and overseeing training programs.

Candidates should have at least a High School Diploma or GED, with preference given to those holding an AS Degree or higher and those with 2+ years of relevant experience. The hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.50, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Preferred at least 2 years of experience in a related position.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Carry out all opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise the store’s crew in the absence of store management.
• Resolve customer service issues as a management representative.

Job Duties

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation

$17.00-18.50 per hour
