Job summary

ProAct, Inc. is seeking a supervisory leader for a Customer Experience Advocate role in Springfield, Vermont. The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership in the absence of store management, fulfilling all duties of a Customer Experience Advocate, and overseeing store activities.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for an AS Degree or higher, and ideally 2 or more years of relevant experience. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: AS Degree or higher.
• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise store's crew through assigning and directing activities.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.

Job description

Job Duties

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation

$17.00-18.50 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
