Job summary

Kinney Drugs, Inc. is seeking a supervisory leader responsible for stepping in when store management is unavailable. The role includes supervising the crew, handling opening/closing duties, and resolving customer service issues to ensure smooth store operations.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, with AS degree or higher preferred, and 2+ years of related experience preferred. Drug test and regulatory training are part of employment requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew in the absence of store management; assign, direct and follow up on activities.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Job Duties:

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience:

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment:

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

$17.00-18.50 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
