Job summary

KFC is seeking a Shift Lead who will drive shift performance, coach the team, and uphold KFC Connect routines to ensure guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, supervise tasks, train teammates and support management initiatives to grow the restaurant’s success.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year in restaurant/retail with 3 months shift lead experience, strong communication, and a commitment to food safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Excellent reliability and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift tasks and ensure clean, neat appearances.
• Maintain food safety, quality and accurate orders.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to RGM on Team Member performance.
• Train Team Members and handle conflicts with RGM.
• Screen Team Member candidates.

About the Job:As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet KFC's high standards. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
