Job summary

KFC is seeking a Shift Lead to energize and guide a fast-paced team, resolving customer concerns and upholding high standards. You’ll coach Team Members, participate with the RGM on business initiatives, and ensure food safety and timely order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in restaurant/retail and at least 3 months in a lead role, with strong communication, leadership, organization, and reliability. Great benefits, flexible shifts.

Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
