Job summary

KFC in Fort Stockton, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to drive our team with energy and passion, uphold KFC's service standards, resolve guest concerns, and coach crewmembers toward success. You will oversee shift tasks, ensure food safety and order accuracy, manage cash and inventory, and provide regular feedback to the RGM while helping to train new Team Members.

About the Job:As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet KFC's high standards. You'll take charge, resolving customer concerns and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your leadership will inspire others as you coach and guide your team to success. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
