Operations Supervisor
Full-Time | Onsite Leadership Role

Mon- Fri| 2-2-3 day/night rotation | 7AM - 8PM / 7PM - 8AM

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor / Onsite Manager to lead associates, develop team leaders, drive operational excellence, and serve as a trusted partner to both employees and the client.
In this role, you will be responsible for workforce management, employee development, safety leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who leads by example, builds strong relationships, and creates an environment where employees can succeed.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Employee Development
- Lead, coach, and develop associates and team leaders to maximize performance and engagement
- Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable
- Support employee growth through training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and respect
- Address performance, attendance, safety, and policy concerns promptly and professionally
- Recognize and celebrate employee achievements and successes
- Lead by example and promote a positive, solutions-oriented work environment
Employee Relations
- Build strong working relationships with associates, team leaders, and client partners
- Ensure consistent, fair, and professional application of company policies
- Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization
- Maintain a positive workplace culture focused on employee engagement and retention
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions and concerns
Operational Management
- Manage daily operations and make informed decisions to support business needs
- Conduct facility safety audits and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Perform regular floor walks and actively engage with employees throughout the shift
- Monitor staffing levels and communicate workforce needs proactively
- Ensure quality standards and operational procedures are consistently followed
- Maintain training records and ensure all required training remains current
- Investigate and document safety incidents while supporting corrective actions
- Oversee timekeeping accuracy and workforce documentation
Safety Leadership
- Champion a strong safety culture through coaching, training, and accountability
- Ensure all associates follow site-specific safety policies and procedures
- Conduct safety observations and audits
- Participate in incident investigations and corrective action planning
- Serve as a First Aid responder and safety advocate within the facility
Resource & Client Management
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for client operations
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and mentorship activities
- Coordinate team-building events and employee appreciation programs
- Maintain effective communication through newsletters, bulletin boards, and team updates
- Partner with leadership to align staffing and operational needs with business objectives
Continuous Improvement & Change Leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, safety, and quality
- Recommend and implement operational improvements
- Support organizational changes and help drive successful adoption
- Partner with leadership to develop innovative solutions that improve business results
Qualifications
Required
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, staffing, logistics, or operations environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
Preferred
- Experience managing large employee populations
- Safety leadership and incident investigation experience
- Workforce planning, staffing, or onsite management experience
- Experience working directly with clients and operational stakeholders
