Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead onsite teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse setting. The role is full-time and onsite, with a $30.00/hour rate and a 7AM–8PM/7PM–8AM 2-2-3 day/night rotation. You will drive operational excellence and partner with the client to ensure safety and performance.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, employee development, and strong relationship-building to support daily operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or management experience in manufacturing, warehousing, staffing, logistics, or operations.
• Strong coaching and employee development skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
