GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for a residential re-entry center in Los Angeles. This role coordinates administrative and operational security on a specific shift and leads staff to maintain security coverage and safety for residents and staff.

Key responsibilities include enforcing post orders, supervising Monitor staff, maintaining logs, and coordinating with the Security Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year as a Monitor I or two years related experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Must hold a current and active Driver's License.
• Ability to write legible reports in English with correct grammar.
• Ability to work any assigned shift and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Reads, understands and complies with post orders.
• Directly leads Monitor staff during the shift.
• Maintains daily logs and facility checks.
• Takes action to prevent or diffuse disruptive situations.
• Trains new employees and assigns work.
• Reports to Security Manager or Facility Director.
