Qualifications

• Basis understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese.
• Crew lead experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and understand daily Production schedule.
• Assist production supervisor in day-to-day operations.
• Monitor product blends to ensure yields and quality.
• Ensure execution of approved raw product deviations.
• Communicate raw product and quality issues to proper personnel.
• Staff production lines per cost/labor standards.
• Ensure safety, quality and GMP compliance.
• Maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Complete daily paperwork and reconciliation.
• Assist in training and ensure employee competency.
• Maintain a clean, organized working environment.
• Meet daily production standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to assume production supervisor role in absence.
