Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to support manufacturing operations on a staffed shift, driving safety, quality and on-time delivery. The role requires mastery of production processes and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee front-line staff, coordinate operations across lines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, high-quality output and continuous improvement in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisor/leadership role.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• BS degree in engineering preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line manufacturing employees and manage hourly population.
• Plan, coordinate and direct production operations to ensure maximum output and quality.
• Oversee production activities to meet safety, quality, production and cost goals.
• Analyze and diagnose machine and tooling problems and implement corrective measures.
• Work on cross-functional teams and participate in special projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory quality system requirements and area standards.
