• Supervise department-specific Manufacturing functions across one or more shifts.
• Resolve operational, process, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and downtime.
• Schedule personnel and assign work to meet production requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure adherence to established priorities for production workflow.
• Assist with planning, developing, and administering departmental procedures, policies, and standards.
