You will oversee shifts, coordinate schedules, mentor staff, monitor performance, and enforce policies while maintaining budgets and ensuring compliance with procedures. The role requires a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 4–6 years of relevant experience, with up to 2 years in supervision.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of management experience may be considered with related qualifications.
• Ability to supervise across shifts and maintain production schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise department manufacturing functions across one or more shifts according to schedules.
• Resolve operational, process, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and downtime.
• Schedule personnel and assign work to meet requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure adherence to production priorities and safety procedures.
• Provide feedback, training, and development resources to employees.
• Maintain shift reports, monitor performance, and manage hours in Kronos.
• Ensure quality standards are communicated, understood, and followed.
• Maintain budget, productivity, and cross-department collaboration.
• Participate in safety meetings and initiatives for a safe work environment.
• Assist with hiring processes and HR remediation when needed.
