Responsibilities

• Supervise department-wide Manufacturing functions across shifts and ensure production schedules are met.
• Review production orders and schedules to meet department targets.
• Schedule personnel and assign work to meet production requirements efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to production priorities, safety, and quality standards.
• Develop procedures, policies, and measures; monitor and improve performance.
• Maintain shift reports, Kronos timekeeping, and records of improvements.
• Provide feedback, train and develop employees; participate in hiring and employee relations.
• Manage resources within budget and collaborate with other departments to prevent issues.
