Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise the department-specific Manufacturing functions across one or more shifts to meet production schedules.
• Resolve operational, process, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and downtime.
• Schedule personnel and assign work to meet production requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure adherence to priorities for production workflow and communicate policies and standards.
• Train, develop, and provide feedback to employees and monitor performance and safety.
