Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department manufacturing functions across one or more shifts to meet production schedules.
• Resolve operational, process, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and downtime.
• Schedule personnel and assign work to meet production requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure adherence to priorities for production workflow and communicate policies.
• Train, coach, and develop employees; identify training needs and resources.
• Monitor performance using defined metrics and maintain shift records.
